Sexuality and Fashion in Cultural Art

By Kelly Beeman @kellymariebeeman. We often see these fantastic old pantings and are told they managed to capture society in different times and ways. When we found this artist, this is what hit us. A painter catching fashion and sexuality in these modern half abstract people that looks so different from real faces. It captures a giant modern movement in culture and binding it up to people in general in a time of influencers and sales. Great work.

New York Beeman may be defined as a fashion illustrator, focusing on the relationship between people, fashion and culture. She does both drawing and paintings with different content.  The genre is hard to define but what we think it is some modern more focused on body and what covers it expression of magic realism.
